Pete Davidson has revealed the advice that his longtime friend John Mulaney gave him about rapper Kanye West, after the latter spread false rumours about him.
In his “Netflix Is a Joke: The Festival” performance, the Saturday Night Live star said his longtime friend told him to spread a rumor that West has polio in response to the rapper allegedly telling people Davidson has AIDS.
He said;
“You know what’s really funny about that? AIDS is such an old-school-like thing. ‘You have AIDS.’ It’s just such a ’90s, early 2000s thing to like [come at me].
“John Mulaney called me. He’s like, ‘AIDS? You should spread a rumor that he has polio!'”

Davidson also joked about Kanye disguising himself to get back into the Kardashian's family home.
He added;
“Does anybody else secretly hope that Kanye pulls, like, a Mrs Doubtfire?”
“I come home one day and he’s like, ‘What’s up fam?’”
The joke plays on the 1993 film, in which Robin Williams’s character dresses up as an elderly British woman in order to convince his ex-wife, played by Sally Field, to hire him as a nanny.
